Overview

OCA has a wide network of agents spread across East and West Malaysia. Our agents are of high caliber and are competent in marketing and servicing of general insurance products. They are duly registered with the Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) which issues each agent with an ID Card which indicates OCA as principal thus enabling clients to verify the agent’s authenticity.

How to be An Agent

To be a registered agent with OCA, the applicant must meet the following criteria:-

a) Should be of integrity and should not have adverse financial track record.
b) Passed at least 5 subjects in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
c) Passed the Pre Contract Examination for Insurance Agents (PCEIA - General Route)

Those who do not currently possess the PCEIA (item C above) but meet the other two criteria, (a) and (b), may be considered for special training and assistance at our branches to enable them to sit for and pass the PCEIA.
