Sihat Malaysia is a Malaysian product catered for all Malaysians introduced by the National Insurance Association of Malaysia (NIAM), in collaboration with Metronic iCares. Sihat Malaysia Health Insurance prepares you for the costly financial expenses that you may incur in the event a loved one is hospitalised due to an accident or illness and ensures comprehensive coverage in medical, surgical, hospital cost and other related medical charges. All Sihat Malaysia policyholders will be automatically enrolled as members of the MCO. One of the MCO's roles is to handle the issuance of the Medical card and to facilitate your convenient admission to and discharge from a hospital.

Sihat Malaysia health insurance offers you a way to be free of the usual hassle in claims procedures. Sihat Malaysia health insurance has been designed to relieve you of this burden with the issuance of a Medical Card. Use this Sihat Malaysia Medical Card for immediate hospital admission and on discharge. Sihat Malaysia health insurance Medical Card also allows the policyholders to enjoy a range of other specially-tailored benefits.

Sihat Malaysia Medical Card
  • As a Sihat policyholder, just present the Sihat card at any participating hospital to facilitate your admission.
  • Wide acceptance of SIHAT MALAYSIA Medical Card. The SIHAT MALAYSIA Medical card is accepted by all participating hospitals nation-wide. These hospitals have been invited to participate as "Panel Hospitals" and offer certain privileges and benefits to members on admission.

Sihat Malaysia 24-hours Call Center

Sihat Malaysia Discount Privileges
  • If your policy is accepted for renewal by us, you will enjoy a 10% RENEWAL DISCOUNT on your renewed policy

Sihat Malaysia Easy Claims
  • Don’t worry about preparing and submitting claims because all expenses under the SIHAT MALAYSIA plans will be paid directly to the hospitals. No more hefty bills, just settle the non-medical expenses and any other excess charge not covered under your policy benefit. SIHAT MALAYSIA makes it easy for all policyholders when they need it most.

Family May Be Insured
  • Sihat Malaysia policy allows you to cover your spouse and dependant children and each Member will be entitled to full individual benefit in accordance with the plan purchased.
  • Premium will be charged separately for each member according to the age and the plan purchased.
  • FAMILY DISCOUNT - A family with three members or more is entitled to a family discount of 12%.
