Condition and Procedures are as follows:
The vehicle is offered on a as-is-where-is basis.
You are to place deposit money of 10% of your tender price and is refundable if your tender is not successful. Should the successful tenderer wish to withdraw the tender, the 10% of your tender price deposit will be forfeited.
Your bid should be in writing stating the amount offered, your full name, and address with Signature.
Your tender should be sent in a sealed envelope and addressed to:-

You should write the following on the top left-hand corner of your envelope CONFIDENTIAL - TENDER FOR VEHICLE NO. WHN2887
Your sealed tender should reach Oriental Capital Assurance Bhd not later than 5 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above.
The vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder but the Company reserves the right to reject any tender without giving any reasons whatsoever.
The successful tenderer will be notified in writing within fourteen days from closing date mentioned above.
The successful tenderer must pay the full amount by demand draft or cashier's cheque drawn in favour of Oriental Capital Assurance Bhd. Payment must be received at the Office within fourteen days from the date of written notification to the successful tenderer. If this time frame cannot be adhered, if the purchase is made through an application for car loan from external financing institutions, please state in writing to request for time extension.
If payment is not received within the period specified the Company reserves the right to reject the offer without giving any reasons whatsoever.
The relevant ownership and transfer documents will be released to the successful tenderer after payment in full is received by the Company.
You are not allowed to tender if you have already bought a tendered vehicle within the last 3 years.
